Job summary

Baker Tilly seeks a Principal to expand the Office of the CFO Advisory practice. You will guide engagements, build executive-level relationships, and drive growth with CFOs, PE sponsors, and portfolio companies. The role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and effective client service across regulatory and financial domains.

You will mentor teams, expand advisory opportunities, and help firms scale finance organizations to support growth and complexity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• CPA preferred; CFA, MBA, or other credentials are a plus.
• 15+ years of experience across audit, accounting advisory, consulting, transaction advisory, and/or OCFO services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee OCFO engagements across diverse industries.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CFOs and equity sponsors.
• Lead finance transformation, process improvements, and reporting modernization.
• Advise on acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and strategic transactions.
• Support due diligence readiness and integration planning.
