Job summary

Triton Systems is seeking an Ocean Program Manager to lead advanced ocean technology projects, spanning offshore energy, UUV, underwater robotics, and marine sensing systems. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams from concept through commissioning, ensuring milestones, customer alignment, and robust program management.

The role offers exposure to diverse platforms, from moorings to towed arrays, with responsibilities including creating program plans, managing resources, and driving follow-on

Qualifications

• BS in Ocean, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years in R&D program management.
• Experience with offshore structures and unmanned systems is preferred.
• US Citizens and capable of security investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and provide technical direction to R&D efforts. Bring concepts from idea to prototype and take them to the field.
• Take ownership of project success across a portfolio of programs and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure a strong value proposition for each project - incorporate customer perspective into plans.
• Find ways to hit milestones and overcome obstacles while setting appropriate scope for project given budgets.
• Create and manage program plans and schedules to secure resources and use them efficiently.
• Drive for follow-on work - identify and pursue opportunities, position project execution plans appropriately.
