• Marine Insurance: Support marine and specialty insurance matters, including policy terms and related legal issues.
• Policy Wording & Product Development: Review and draft policy wordings, endorsements, and insurance documentation.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Advise on insurance regulatory requirements and compliance matters.
• Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate insurance-related agreements.
• Insurance Coverage: Advise on policy interpretation, coverage matters, and complex claims.
• Business Partnership: Provide practical legal guidance to underwriting, claims, and other business teams.
