Ocean & Inland Operations Coordinator (79377-1)

• Completing and processing all required domestic and international shipments and cargo.
• Preparing and submitting proper documentations for shipment (B/L, arrival notice, carrier information, billing information, etc.) to any involved party (US Customs, carriers, customers and for internal use).
• Entering all necessary information (cargo, transport, pricing, etc.,) in the company's database; by coordinating with various transport carriers (ground, air, ocean) to arrange shipping method.
