Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Ocean City, MD area associations. You will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, interact with residents and staff, and help uphold our service standards.

This full-time, hourly role emphasizes reliability, safety, and timely issue resolution. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining common areas, inspecting systems, and coordinating with vendors and the General Manager to address repairs.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Must be professional, organized and self‑motivated.
• Able to stand, bend, climb and walk up to 4 hours per day.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks at multiple associations.
• Inspect and maintain building systems and outdoor areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and the General Manager on repairs.
• Keep common areas clean, safe and well‑maintained.
• Report hazardous conditions promptly.
