Qualifications

• Must hold a doctoral degree awarded by a USDE-recognized regional accrediting body.
• Must be licensed as an occupational therapist in Texas.
• Minimum of one year of teaching experience at the college/university level.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Must possess an unencumbered driver's license and pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver course instruction.
• Advise OT students on academic and professional matters.
• Develop scholarship plan and participate in scholarly activities.
