Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents and patients across the United States. New grads welcome; opportunities for local and travel assignments with flexible schedules.

Under supervision of a licensed OT, you will help clients develop daily living and work skills, document progress, and educate families. A valid OTA license is required; strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering personalized occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and work activities.
• Support treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Salary:

Competitive rates + travel stipends (for travelers) + weekly pay (for contracts)!
