Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. New grads and seasoned professionals are welcome, with flexible contract and permanent-hire opportunities across the United States.

Assist in delivering OT services under supervision, help clients develop daily living skills, and participate in patient education and progress documentation. We offer competitive pay, travel stipends for travelers, and weekly pay for contracts.

Qualifications

  • Valid OTA license.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and patient needs.
  • Positive, patient-centered attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.
  • Help patients develop daily living and work skills.
  • Support treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Salary:

Competitive rates + travel stipends (for travelers) + weekly pay (for contracts)!
