South Pacific Rehab Services seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will work under an Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one treatments aimed at functional recovery, ADLs, safety and quality of life.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting in EMR, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating residents and families.
