Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. This on-site role provides hands-on treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, focusing on ADLs, safety, and functional independence.

You will document in EMR, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and educate residents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active California OTA license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong documentation in EMR is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident-centered OT services under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist with ADLs, safety, and functional independence goals.
• Document care in EMR and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapy plans and safety.
