Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident evaluations and treatment plans.
• Help residents improve strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills.
• Teach residents how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.
• Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Provide encouragement and support to residents and their families.
