Willow Creek Behavioral Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients recovering from injury or disability. You will implement therapy under supervision, promote daily living skills, and help patients regain function through guided activities and exercises.

Requirements include an OTA degree, state licensure eligibility, and CPR/ de-escalation training. On-site work with potential for growth within a compassionate behavioral health setting.

Qualificações

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or related field required.
• One year of experience working with relevant patient population preferred.
• Current OTA license or eligible for endorsement in the state where facility operates.

Responsabilidades

• Observe patients before, during and after therapy and report to supervising OT.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities, stretches and exercises.
• Lead activities for children with developmental disabilities when applicable.
• Encourage patients to complete activities and daily living tasks.
• Teach patients how to use equipment and devices for daily living.
• Document clinical information in medical records per policy.
• Collaborate with health care team to rehabilitate patients for community reintegration.
