Vibra Healthcare's Rehabilitation and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills in Rapid City, SD is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide and direct OT services under physician orders. The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, COTA certification, an active OT license in the state, and a Vibra-approved BLS certification.

You’ll work with a team to deliver patient-centered care and help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Must have current OT certification as COTA.
• Licensed to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy Services to patients including assessment, treatment, and documentation.
• Develop and implement OT programs under physician orders.
