Occupational Therapy Assistant - Ramona Rehabilitation

Join our team as an Occupational Therapy Assistant - Ramona Rehabilitation at Flagship Therapy.

Position Details

We are seeking a Full Time COTA at Ramona Nursing & Rehabilitation in El Monte, CA. Our facility provides long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services.

Schedule: Flexible, with a focus on work-life balance

Pay: $34 - $42/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Report on treatment outcomes and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• All experience levels are welcome.
