Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapy Assistant works with unit staff and the interdisciplinary treatment team to plan, coordinate, and implement group programming to meet patients' treatment needs.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) collaborates with the treating physician and interdisciplinary team to determine appropriate evaluations and provides individual treatment as needed.

Requirements:

Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Training and Experience: Experience in Behavioral Health or with specific age groups (geriatrics, pediatrics).

Special Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, creative, and flexible.

Schedule: 20/40 Part Time Days - Every Other Weekend.

Float assigned to Inpatient Units.
