Job summary

Rehab Advisors by Enhance Therapies seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy program within a skilled nursing facility. This part-time position focuses on delivering individualized occupational therapy under OT supervision and supporting care plans.

You will collaborate with the rehab team to implement goals, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing compassionate patient care and promoting

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (where required by state).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
