Job summary

Premier Therapy in Circleville, Ohio seeks a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents build skills for safer, more independent daily living. You’ll carry out treatment plans under an OT’s direction and document progress, partnering with the care team to support patient-centered goals.

You’ll deliver therapeutic interventions, adapt activities and equipment, track outcomes, and communicate updates to clinicians and families as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current COTA/OTA licensure in Ohio.
• CPR preferred; strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing/senior care is a plus.

Your Typical Shift

Throughout the shift, you’ll coordinate quick touchpoints with the OT and interdisciplinary team, adjust the flow as needs change, and finish by completing timely documentation so the next clinician has a clear picture of progress.
