A leading therapy provider in Nashville, TN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their skilled rehab team. In this role, you will help patients regain strength and confidence after health setbacks while working in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Preferred candidates will be graduates of an AOTA-accredited program with an active COTA license in Tennessee. Benefits include competitive pay, ongoing education, and a generous 401(k) match.

• Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT.
• Active Tennessee COTA license required.
• SNF experience is a plus, but not required.
