Job summary

NHC Rossville is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled rehab team on a PRN basis. This role focuses on helping patients regain strength, balance, and confidence after illness, injury, or surgery, delivering care you can be proud of.

You'll work in an in-house therapy team that values recognition, empowerment, teamwork, and growth, with competitive pay and opportunities for increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT.
• Active Tennessee COTA license.
• Reliable transportation, positive attitude, and team-player mindset.
• SNF experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in regaining strength, balance, and confidence following illness, injury, surgery, or decline.
• Deliver care with quality outcomes and a compassionate approach.
• Collaborate with the in-house rehab team to support patient progress.
