Job summary

NHC Place at the Trace in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You’ll help patients regain strength, balance, and confidence after illness, injury, surgery, or decline, delivering care you can be proud of.

Required are an AOTA-accredited OTA program, NBCOT certification, and an active Tennessee COTA license; SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT.
• Active Tennessee COTA license.
• SNF experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain strength, balance, and confidence after illness, injury, surgery, or decline.
• Deliver care to a high standard as part of our in-house rehab team.
• Collaborate with therapists to optimize patient outcomes and safety.
