Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our care team in Colorado. The OTA will support the OT with patient activities and direct care, under supervision, ensuring individualized treatment plans are followed for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CO Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Experience assisting Occupational Therapists with patient activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient-related activities and direct patient care.
• Follow plans and treatments as directed by the OT to support patient recovery.

Successful candidates:

Rate Range $32-$38 per hour
