Live Well Homecare in Colorado is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide home-based therapy, helping patients regain physical function and supporting recovery in their own homes.

You will follow state laws and treatment plans under OT supervision, document patient progress, educate families, and adapt therapies to diverse home environments in Fort Morgan.

Qualifications

• Current OT Assistant licensure in the practice state.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days (preferred).
