Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide home-based occupational therapy, helping restore patients' physical abilities in their own homes.

You will follow supervising OT plans, document patient progress, and educate families and care teams on therapy techniques while traveling to patient homes within the service area.

Qualifications

• Must hold OTA licensure and CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments.
• Preferred: multitasking, independence, strong communication, organization skills.
