Job Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an In-house Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, or PRN positions available

Job Purpose: To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Job Functions:

  • Conduct resident screenings to determine appropriate interventions
  • Perform treatment plans based on established goals and supervise therapists
  • Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations
  • Establish therapy schedules in collaboration with team members
  • Conduct therapy sessions, document, and bill services accordingly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to effectively treat patients
  • Ensure compliance with CMS documentation standards

Education & Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active OTA licensure in practice state(s)
