The Oaks at Radford Hills is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. This role focuses on orthopedic and neurological care, with opportunities to develop programs in cognition, memory care and return-to-home, within a fun, high-energy interdisciplinary environment.

THE OAKS AT RADFORD HILLS, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OTA who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programs in cognition, memory care, return to home, and many more. We are currently running Montessori and Sensory Focus programs. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities as well as many opportunities for career growth with our growing organization. We have part time and prn schedules available as well!
