Vital Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant at AVIR at Sweetwater to join our in-house therapy team. You will deliver compassionate OT services to patients and residents and help create programs in cognition, memory care, and return-to-home goals.

We offer ongoing training, career development, and PRN schedules. This facility emphasizes a fun, high-energy, interdisciplinary environment with opportunities for growth within our growing Texas network.
