Vital Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant for AVIR at San Angelo, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility. Join our in-house therapy team and help deliver high-quality care to patients and residents in a dynamic, interdisciplinary setting.

The OTA will work on program development across dining, cognition, memory care, functional maintenance and return-to-home initiatives, with opportunities for training and career growth within our growing Texas network.

AVIR at San Angelo, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OTA who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team.
