Vital Therapy's AVIR AT EASTWOOD skilled nursing and post-acute center is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. The OTA will work with a dedicated interdisciplinary group and help develop programs for dining, cognition, and group activities.

AVIR AT EASTWOOD, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OTA who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in dining, cognition, fun and creative groups, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams.
