Job summary

Brownfield Rehabilitation & Care in Brownfield, Texas is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You will work with patients/residents with orthopedic and neurological needs, developing cognition, ADL, and functional maintenance programs.

We support ongoing training, career development, and an expanding outpatient program; PRN schedules may be available. A TX OTA license is required and you will join a fun, high-energy interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Texas OTA license is required.
• Experience delivering occupational therapy in skilled nursing/post-acute settings preferred.
• Openness to develop cognition, ADL, and functional maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to patients and residents in care settings.
• Develop and implement cognition, ADL, and functional maintenance programs and activities.

Brownfield Rehabilitation & Care, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a n OTA who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, ADL's, functional maintenance, and creative fun groups. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities and are in the process of building an outpatient program. PRN schedules also available!
