Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in Vista, CA is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time, school-based role. You will provide therapy services that help students develop essential skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential in the classroom.

You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement individualized goals and support progress. CA license and school-based experience are preferred, with relocation and professional development stipends

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current California OTA license.
• Experience working with children and adolescents (school-based experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
• Collaborate with teachers and other therapists to implement student goals.
• Document progress and support development of individualized education plans.
