The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant in Longmeadow, MA, to deliver school-based therapy that helps students develop essential skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and adolescents (school-based experience preferred).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students to develop essential skills and build confidence.
• Deliver therapy sessions in a collaborative school setting and support individualized IEP goals.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, documentation, and professional standards.
