What You’ll Do:

Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist

Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on improving function and quality of life

Assist residents with exercises and activities to promote independence

Document progress and communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary team

Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques

Foster a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment for all

What You Bring:

Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Valid COTA license in the state of Ohio

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

A genuine passion for working with older adults and supporting their goals

Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care is a plus
