Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Valid COTA license in the state of Ohio
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A genuine passion for working with older adults and supporting their goals
Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care is a plus
