Capstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate In-House Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Amsterdam, New York.

As part of the Capstone team, you’ll help residents regain independence, enhance their quality of life, and achieve their highest potential. We offer a supportive environment with mentorship, collaboration, and growth opportunities, whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Deliver occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting
  2. Assist residents in improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility
  3. Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to create individualized care plans
  4. Support residents through both short-term rehab and long-term care journeys
