OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - FULL TIME

MILLBROOK HEALTHCARE & REHABILITATION - LANCASTER, TX

Millbrook Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Lancaster, TX, is seeking a dedicated Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. Duties:

1. Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
2. Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under supervision.
3. Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with standards.
4. Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Open to candidates with all levels of experience.
