OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT – PRN – MASON CREEK TRANSITIONAL CARE – KATY, TX

We are seeking a PRN COTA at Mason Creek Transitional Care in Katy, TX, a skilled nursing facility providing long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services.

Duties:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and supportive devices, as part of the rehabilitation plan.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments, documenting in clinical records per regulations.
• Report treatment outcomes and effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• All experience levels are welcomed.
