Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) in Westminster, CO to join our inpatient care team. The OTA will provide direct patient care and develop individualized treatment programs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, with flexibility to support multiple facilities within PAM Health.

The ideal candidate has OTA license in Colorado, current BLS, and at least one year of clinical experience; inpatient or hand therapy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Outpatient/hand therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients under Occupational Therapist guidance.
• Flexible to meet the needs of PAM Health across multiple facilities.
