Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our inpatient care team in Westminster, CO. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and growing within our system.

The OTA will provide direct patient care, develop and implement treatment programs under OT supervision, and adapt to the needs of PAM Health's diverse patient population across facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Outpatient/hand therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and planning/implementing treatment programs for individual patients.
• Operate under the direction of the Occupational Therapist within PAM Health facilities.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of multiple facilities within the system.
