Qualifications

• Associate degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Current Louisiana Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, provide occupational therapy services to patients.
• Document treatment notes and codes in medical records by the next day.
• Assist in evaluation, goal setting and treatment planning with the supervising OTA.
• Deliver individual and group therapy in ADL, mobility, ROM, strength and cognition.
• Coordinate with the rehabilitation team to ensure sessions meet the plan and schedule.
