Progressive Rehab Solutions in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position. As an OT Assistant, you will provide services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain daily living skills and independence.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current state license. Responsibilities include carrying out treatment plans, instructing patients in adaptive techniques, and collaborating with healthcare staff.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (required and must be maintained).
• Previous experience in occupational therapy or rehabilitation (preferred).

• Strong communication skills.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Lifting, standing, walking, bending.
