Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a patient-centered setting across skilled nursing, outpatient, and home-based care. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to restore function and independence.

The role offers mentorship for new grads, ongoing CEUs, and opportunities including visa sponsorship and relocation support, in a growing national rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program aligned with AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient independence.
• Address patient needs with a compassionate, whole-person approach.
• Coordinate with staff for referrals to ensure continued care.
