Job summary

AgeRight Therapy – Pacific Palms in California seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a multi-facility team serving seniors. You’ll deliver person-centered therapy under the supervision of an OT, focusing on meaningful outcomes and functional improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Be a Champion of the Journey by maximizing function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms for patients, families, co-workers, and self.
