AgeRight Therapy in Forest Grove, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver person-centered therapy under supervision. You will implement individualized care plans and utilize our clinical programs to optimize patient outcomes, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.
• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of a n Occupational Therapist
• Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Be a Champion of the Journey by maximizing function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms for patients, families, co-workers, and self.

Education
