Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time role at Peak Resources Alamance in Graham, NC. The COTA will implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients under OT supervision, while documenting progress and changes in status.

Requirements include an associate degree in OTA, current state COTA license, and NBCOT certification. One year of experience is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
