Job summary

Trinity Rehab is currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our Clemmons, NC team. The OTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients achieve independence and improved quality of life.

This full-time role offers PRN as needed, competitive compensation, PTO, and a retirement plan with company matching.

Qualifications

• NC COTA license is required.
• Full-time with PRN opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
• FT & PRN (as-needed) opportunity
