An established industry player is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their dedicated team. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide tailored treatment for patients. The OTA will engage in planning and coordinating group programming while ensuring individual treatment needs are met. Ideal candidates will possess an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy and have experience in Behavioral Health. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment, where creativity and collaboration are key to improving patient care.
The Occupational Therapy Assistant works in collaboration with unit staff and the inter-disciplinary treatment team to plan, coordinate, and implement group programming to meet the treatment needs of patients.
The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) collaborates with the treating physician and interdisciplinary team to determine necessary evaluations and provides individual treatment as needed.
Experience in Behavioral Health or with specific age populations (geriatrics, pediatrics)
36/72 Full-Time Evenings - Every Other Weekend
