Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy in Osceola, IA is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide occupational therapy under supervision, support personalized care plans, and help patients regain function.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• Current NBCOT certification as a COTA or as required by state.
• Current state license as a COTA.
