Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant - FT to join our team in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. The role provides occupational therapy treatments under supervision, helps implement care plans, and maintains documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (where required by state).
• Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Certified by the NBCOT as a COTA, if required by the state
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
