Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Chicago, IL. You will deliver occupational therapy under supervision, support personalized plans, and help patients achieve functional goals.
