Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – FT to join our SNF/Long-Term Care team in Savoy, IL. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth.

You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans focused on functional goals, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
