Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Macomb, IL. This full-time position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with a focus on high-quality patient care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

You will support individualized treatment plans under supervision, document regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize functional outcomes for our diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (where required by state).
• Current license as a COTA in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
